Birth Rhythm 7 wk Prenatal classes Mondays 8:00 – 9:30 p.m. Labour Intensive 6:00-10:00 p.m. once a month Private bookings are also available.
Walk n’ Talk Beginning May 9th 2010, will resume from 8 am – 9 am weekly. This is our weekly pre and post natal walking group Cost is $ 40 for 12 weeks. Drop in is $5.00
