Birth Rhythm 7 wk Prenatal classes Wednesdays 5:30– 7:00 p.m. Session Two begins: September 9 Session Three begins November 4 Labour Intensive 6:00-10:00 p.m. once a month Private bookings are also available.
Walk n’ Talk Beginning June 11, will resume from 10am – 11am weekly. This is our weekly walking group Cost is $ 40 for 12 weeks. Drop in is $5.00
